Getting Started
To access the builder:
Go to the
dropdown in the top navigation bar.

You’ll land on your Reports Library, where all your saved reports will be listed.
If you're new, you’ll see an empty library. To get started, click the button in the top right corner.
Building a Report: Step-by-Step
This video provides a summary of the 3 main steps outlined below.
Step 1: Select a Company
Once you click the button in the top right corner, you will land on the new report builder UI.
Use the dropdown to choose the company whose data you want to report on.
For most users, this will be your registered company name. If there are other business names you've included in your company profile, you can select them accordingly via the dropdown.
Click to continue.
Step 2: Select Report Type
Start by selecting a Report Type. This determines the main dataset—e.g. Purchase Orders, Shipments, or Deliveries.
Once you've selected a base, you can add related columns from linked tables. For example, choosing a Shipment base lets you pull in columns from Quotes and Deliveries.
💡Aggregated Column Data
When you include columns from related tables, those values will be grouped based on the report’s unique row identifier.
For instance, if you add Container Number from Deliveries to a Shipment-based report, multiple values will appear as comma-separated entries in a single cell.
No worries if something’s missed, you can always update your report later in Report Preview mode.
Select
to add or remove columns.
Select
to further customise your dataset using available filters.
Step 3: Save Report Details
Give your report a name, add a description (optional), and assign tags for easy searching in your library.
Click and you’re done! Your custom report is now ready to use.
