Requesting Delivery Date & Time
Specific delivery dates and times can be requested through the platform allowing our transport team to book the most convenient slots. These requests can be made at any point during the shipment journey.
Once a slot is confirmed, the details are locked in, and any required changes after confirmation can be handled by our transport team as needed.
Setting Container-Level Priorities
You can prioritise your container deliveries, by assigning a priority number for the sequencing of your container(s) delivery. This ensures that our transport team can book delivery slots that align with your planned schedule.
You can update your preferences throughout the shipment journey, but once a timeslot is secured, the details are locked to prevent discrepancies. If changes are necessary, these can be managed on an ad hoc basis through our transport team.
Note: The requested delivery date will take precedence over container-level priorities.
Request Empty Collection
The portal now features a button for notifying when a container is empty and ready for collection. This notice is sent directly to the transport carrier, reducing delays between when the container is ready and when it is collected.
Table Columns
The Deliveries table offers more than 20 columns, which can be toggled on or off to suit your preferences. These settings are saved, ensuring that your chosen configuration remains consistent even after refreshing or revisiting the page.
Here are some key columns we've introduced to enhance your experience and provide a comprehensive overview of your deliveries.
Free Time Countdown
A sortable column that shows the number of days remaining before detention charges apply.
Delivery Status
From the moment the container arrives at the destination port, each stage of its journey is fully transparent. The status will progress as follows:
In Yard → In Transit → Delivered → Empty Collected → Completed (Dehired)
Table Actions
The Deliveries table is adjustable and, includes options to search, filter, toggle, and reset columns, as well as save your preferred filter presets.
Search
Refine your table results, by entering any delivery details into the search field. For example, try using any of the following:
Shipment Number
Container Number
Purchase Order Number
Port Name (e.g., Brisbane)
Address Line
when entering an address, input each line separately, like "123 Delivery Street" or "Brisbane," rather than combining them (e.g., "123 Delivery Street, Brisbane").
Filter
To streamline your search and enhance efficiency, try filtering your Deliveries by:
Port of destination
Container
Delivery type
Delivery date: Use the relative date picker to request delivery dates and times.
Save Filter Presets
After selecting your desired filter combinations, simply save them as a preset for future use.
