How and when will I be invoiced for my shipment

We try to invoice as close to arrival for imports, cross trades and domestic shipments as we can to ensure we’re capturing the most accurate costs and to avoid sending you multiple invoices. For Exports, we will invoice 3 days after departure. In some cases, we will send additional invoices if additional costs have been incurred, such as storage, waiting time, detention etc. You will be advised of these costs prior to invoices being generated and sent out.
