Shareable shipments is a feature that makes it easy for your end-customers or third-party stakeholders to track when goods are due—no Explorate login required.
You can effortlessly generate a unique, shareable link to send shipment details to anyone who needs them.
Generate a Shareable Shipment Link
Log in to the Explorate app and open the shipment you'd like to share.
Click the
button in the top right corner, near the map.
A unique shareable link will be automatically
to your clipboard.
Paste the link into your browser or share it directly with your audience.
You can disable this link anytime by clicking on the unshare button
Advanced Sharing
With Advanced Sharing, you can send out a link that lets other users drop in documents. Super handy for collecting important files from third parties (i.e. delivery order, etc.). Don’t worry though, only you can see what gets uploaded.
Here's how it works:
Click on next to the
button. Select
, and this will open up the Advanced Shipment Share modal.
Just pop in the email, tick Allow document uploads, and hit Send link.
The recipient will get an email containing a magic link to a simplified shareable shipment with limited shipment details (ideal for warehouse teams or third parties).
From here, they can easily upload documents directly into the CargoSync shipment - no Explorate login required.
Privacy Control
You're in control of what’s visible on a shareable shipment. Customise your company settings to choose exactly what information is shared with customers or third parties—while keeping sensitive details hidden.
For added flexibility, shareable links can be disabled at any time from the shipment page.
Adjust Shareable Shipment Settings
Click on
and select Company in the dropdown
Scroll down to Shareable Shipments Settings
Use the checkboxes to select the details you’d like to hide/include

Change Branding Settings
