Shipment Page
Updated over 2 months ago

The newly redesigned shipment view maintains all the critical information from the previous version while adopting a more streamlined and succinct approach. Key enhancements include:

Minimalist Design

Less is more! By applying modern UI/UX practices, we have minimised the amount of information displayed without losing any essential details.

The Header

Journey Bar

The journey bar will progressively turn green from the left side as milestones are completed.

💡Pro Tip: Interpreting Milestone Icons

  • Green: Indicates a completed milestone.

  • Grey: Indicates an incomplete milestone.

Customisable Labels

Internal Reference

Use this field to reference your internal numbering systems, such as PO numbers.

Shipment Nickname

Assign a custom nickname to each shipment for easy identification in the card view.

Cargo

Group cargo details by delivery address, delivery date, delivery status, or container type for better clarity.

Document Management

Unified Drop Zone

A single drop zone is available for uploading documents. Select the document type after uploading.

Download Document Pack

Select the relevant checkboxes for the documents you wish to download and easily generate a document pack.

Shareable Shipment Link

Click on the “share” icon displayed on the map in the shipment view to generate a shareable link.

You can share this link with customers or third parties without revealing sensitive shipment details. You can disable the link at any time via the shipment page for added convenience.

Activity Feed

  • All important updates, such as date changes and milestone completions, are consolidated into a single feed.

  • Completed milestones are highlighted in green, while other updates are displayed in grey.
